Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Research Projects

Fellows in the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine are encouraged to participate in research projects, including case reports, quality improvement projects, posters, oral presentations, and written manuscripts with support and guidance from our faculty.

You may join an ongoing research project or develop your own with faculty mentoring. Faculty and fellows have published in many journals including the Annals of Internal Medicine, Clinical Geriatrics, Journal of the American Medical Directors Association, Gerontology and Geriatrics Education, and the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society.

We provide support for fellows to attend geriatric conferences. Fellows have presented their research at national conferences including the American Geriatrics Society, American Medical Directors Association, and Society of Geriatric Cardiology.
