Cost of Attendance
NYU Long Island School of Medicine is proud to offer a Full-Tuition Scholarship to all current and entering students in our MD degree program. We are also able to provide a need-based Debt-Free Scholarship to help with the remaining costs of attendance to students who qualify. Continuing our efforts to make medical school more affordable, beginning in the 2022–23 academic year, we will cover the cost of individual health insurance coverage for all students. A student must maintain satisfactory academic progress in accordance with NYU Long Island School of Medicine’s Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy to be eligible.
When you enroll in the MD degree program, a tuition charge appears on your bill along with a credit for the Full-Tuition Scholarship that offsets this amount. For the 2022–23 academic year, this amounts to a scholarship of $58,880 per student.
