Residency Match Day Results for MD Students

NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine’s mission is to educate and train exceptional physicians dedicated to upholding the principles of primary care in their future medical careers. In alignment with this mission, each year a significant majority of our students pursue residencies in primary care disciplines.

Match Day 2024 Results

Match Day 2024 marks the third cohort of NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine final-year students to participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). For the third consecutive year, 100 percent of the graduating class matched. Supporting our mission, 67 percent are entering primary care residencies, and an additional 16 percent are pursuing residencies in core disciplines. Forty-two percent will continue graduate training within the NYU Langone Health system. Our medical students matched with the following programs in 2024.
